This home is only 8 years old, and is in pristine condition. We doubled the size of the deck and added Adirondack furniture for guests to enjoy all day outside.

We have tried to provide everything you need to make your stay comfortable and memorable while visiting Asheville. We want you to come back every year. This is a perfect vacation home for a large family or 2 families to share and still have some privacy. It sleeps 8-9 people. The house sits on 3.1 acres in a gated community in Golden Valley. The mountain views are amazing and it is a perfect area to take long walks in the morning or for the more adventuresome....some hiking in the woods. We hope you enjoy our Asheville Vacation Home!
